Hotel Villa Ave has 8 standard rooms and 2 family rooms.
The standard rooms all light-filled and well-positioned, fully furnished with a double bed; extra beds for kids up to 18 years old are available upon request.
The following services are included:
- Full bathroom with shower, set of different-sized towels, soap and shower gel, phon;
- Color television in room;
- Telephone in room with direct outgoing service;
- Overhead fans with three settings;
- Free wi-fi in room;
- Central heating.
The family rooms are about 35 square meters, designed in their composition mainly for families, we have called by the names of two of the most evocative places of our Final: Monda and Manie.
The Monda family room consists of two rooms, one with a small balcony, equipped with a double bed and a sofa, for a total of 3 beds plus the possibility of an extra bed for children until the eighteenth year of age, and is provided with the following services:
- Full bathroom with shower, set of different-sized towels, soap and shower gel, phon;
- Air conditioning in both rooms;
- Color television in both rooms;
- Free wi-fi;
- Telephone in room with direct outgoing service.
The Manie family room consists of two rooms, one with a balcony, both equipped with a double bed for a total of 4 beds, and is equipped with the following services:

Several services are included in the room charge (B&B) such as comfortable rooms with private WC, central heat, buffet breakfast, free wifi in common areas, etc.
A private outdoor car park is also available to our guests, at a cost of 6 euros per day per parking space, and for bikers the possibility of using (free of charge) the services of our bike room.

Buffet breakfast is served in the charming bar and breakfast room, with all delicacies carefully selected by Silvia to combine sweet and savory, warm and cold beverages with typical Ligurian treasures: focaccia, artisan jams and marmalades, fresh fruit salads, homemade cakes, yogurt, cereals, whole wheat and grain breads, cheese and ham, etc.

We offer two fully furnished apartments, ideal for families with children and outdoor enthusiasts, located in Finalpia just a few meters from the beach.
Silvia: 80 square meters, 4 rooms, sleeping up to 5 people (CODICE CITRA | 009029-LT-0899). Manu: 60 square meters, 3 rooms, sleeps up to 4 people (CODICE CITRA | 009029-LT-0900).
